Because of the massive number of emails I receive on a daily basis, I am unable to answer them in any timely fashion, which bothers me to no end. Many write to ask me for help or for answers to specific questions, and I feel badly that I just can't keep up with the email.
So, in order to keep my sanity, I decided that I can no longer respond to emails sent directly to me. This was not an easy decision because I know so many of you are struggling and are desperate for help.

Another great site is Arielle's (http://tearstowords.blogspot.com). Arielle has recovered from anorexia and bulimia, and her blog is an amazing resource. You will find answers to many of your questions there.
