LEADING TV COMPANY IN THE UK IS LOOKING FOR WOMEN TO TAKE PART IN A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT PREGNANCY AND BODY IMAGE FOR ITV1.
Are you/ or have you been pregnant whilst having an eating disorder?
We’d like to get a better understanding of what pregnant women with EDs are going through to try and spread awareness of this issue. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stages of our production and are very keen to chat to women with no commitment to taking part in the documentary.

Nicole looks so thin in that pciture, im glad she's gotten herself back on track now.
She's blossomed into a beautiful lady.
They actually call it pregorexia! very sad. I had a friend who was anorexic through both pregnancies. I was grateful that when I found out I was pregnant with my first son I stopped all purging and starvation. i was roughly 25 pounds underweight when I found out so not as thin as I had been but it was no longer about me but about my child. The power of my unborn child and protecting him was far more powerful than the anorexia! same with my 2nd son. I even recently posted pictures on my blog of me in lingerie while several months pregnant with my first son and another one of my pumpkin belly at 8 months pregnant with my 2nd!
