Jan
This poor woman looks like death warmed over. "Jan" is the latest Kimkins diet "success story." Jan is on her way to an early death.
Note she has lost most of her hair, her skin is sallow, and her face is becoming skeletal.
It's beyond comprehension that people continue to follow the Kimkins starvation diet, ignoring all the evidence that the diet's founder, Heidi Diaz aka Kimmer, is a morbidly-obese admitted fraud and liar, who is being sued in civil court by former Kimkins members. And word is Federal charges are pending against her.

Heidi Diaz/Kimmer caught on film by the PI, Robert Charlton, evidencing she was not the svelte woman she was purporting to be on her website
The many faces of Heidi Diaz / Kimmer
The picture on the left is Heidi Diaz...the other pictures are fake "after" pictures she used on her Kimkins website to show her incredible weight loss...incredible, all right.

This is a ridiculous story Medusa. Drama much? She looks the same in the after as the before. Her hair is not styled, and she is not wearing glasses. She has worked hard, and lost a ton of weight working with her doctor.
ReplyDeleteYou "haters" are going much too far with your hatred of Heidi.
Jan had thin hair and pale skin to begin with, your argument is not valid, and your comments are insulting.
dana, I have no doubt Jan has worked very hard losing weight...that goes hand in hand in attempting to stick to the Kimkins starvation diet.
ReplyDeleteI would suggest you read Christin's story. As you will no doubt recall, she was the former Kimkins member who was featured in Woman's World Magazine. She has suffered terrible heath problems as a result of Heidi's diet. And she is just one of hundreds, if not thousands, who continue to suffer the consequences. Many developed serious eating disorders, as well, as a result of the Kimkins diet.
I would be interested to know if Jan's doctor knows exactly how many calories Jan has been consuming daily to lose 180 pounds in just over a year. My bet it's less than 800. No doctor in their right mind would endorse the Kimkins diet with its low fat-low carb-low cal demands.
To think that you continue to support Heidi Diaz and her deadly diet after all that has been disclosed about her (i.e. that she's never lost weight on her "diet," that she remains morbidly obese, and that she used fake "after" pictures stolen from Russian bride sites) and the caloric and low-fat starvation levels she's been flogging on her spurious "diet" truly boggles the mind.
I am very concerned about Jan. She looks ghastly and is on a slippery slope. If she continues starving herself on the Kimkins diet, she'll be knocking on death's door sooner rather than later.
I agree with Dana. You are a cruel person. how do you know what Jan and her Dr. discussed?
ReplyDeleteI know Jan personally and I am discusted with your assumptions.
anonymous...
ReplyDeleteThe opinion of someone who aids and abets Heidi Diaz/Kimmer is of little importance to me.
I may have given your comments greater consideration had you had the balls to post your name rather than posting anonymously.
I'll tell you what cruel is...not telling your friend Jan that she is doing herself grievous bodily harm following that starvation diet developed by an admitted liar and fraud who has not had one ounce of medical training.
And if you're on the Kimkins diet too, anonymous, run don't walk to your doctor's office and tell him/her exactly what you've been eating, while you've still got the strength to do so.
Get a life
ReplyDeleteanonymous, thankfully I've got a life...because I never followed the Kimkins diet.
ReplyDeletethis is ridiculous i agree with dana
ReplyDeleteThank you to telling us this.
ReplyDeleteYou did a good resource!
You are on my favorite list now, in case my children or other are going to do stupid things like this thing you will warn me about.
Thank you. :)
Anonymous, thank you so much for your kind comments :^)

I think it is a very good thing that you posted this. She doesn't look dreadful yet, but I have checked out this kimkins diet and it looks very dangerous.
ReplyDeleteAmanda, thank you for your comments.
ReplyDeleteYes, the Kimkins diet is deadly.
Heidi Diaz (aka Kimmer) continues to this day to sell her deadly diet to unsuspecting people on the Internet.
So many who followed it are now suffering from eating disorders and other health problems.
She is currently being sued by past members of Kimkins.
Eating such a low calorie diet only creates an obsession with food no wonder the people who do the "Kimkin's diet" end up food obsessed or with eating disorders.
ReplyDeleteLike with most of these fad diets they are unrealistic and the results dont last long, infact at the most its two years you keep your figure, then the weight piles on, why? you ask because they are un realistic. enough said.
(I'm not THIS Jan, just another o.o)
ReplyDeleteI think the different "Diaz"s do not look like the same person! I mean, every person - no matter how much weight he/she lost - is still recognizable! And those women have too different faces to be the same!
Personally I think the Kimkins diet is crap. I think Jan is a fake. And the people who commented before me are liars. I think she used all the money she made starving people to buy more food for herself. She should be ashamed of herself. Im anorexic and bulimic and I eat almost the same amount of food thats there on the kimkins diet. And Im far from healthy. Its ridiculous. We need to get it off the net period.
