In a most injudicious post last night, Tippy Toes (Jeannie Baitinger) discloses her arrangement with John Tiedt, the lawyer handling the civil action against Kimmer/Heidi Diaz.

Jumping to Conclusions About Kimmer
Because Kimmer sent me a kind message through Fawn's blog does not mean I am the front for her new site. While it is true that I have been upset after being lied to on a number of occasions, Kimmer has never done to me what LCF has. I do not hate her even if I do not agree with many things. I have severed all ties with Kimmer and have blocked any emails she may have tried to send. I have been grated immunity from the lawsuit in exchange for my cooperation with Teidt. Teidt and I have both signed those documents. I have turned over all emails and the like as I was asked to do. I have learned new information in the process and some was shocking. However, I do not wish Kimmer harm as so many do. I wish no one harm. If Kimkins does survive I hope that Kimmer has learned from her mistakes and that she will make every effort to see that her members stay safe. Her members are more important than any of the business tactics she has used. If her site does get shut down (and I am not aware of any new developments at this time) we will not be affiliated. If her site stays up we are still not affiliated. Period.

Ah, Tippy...I think the phrase you're looking for is "granted immunity," not "grated immunity." The dictionary is your friend, Tippy. Don't be afraid to use it.
Frankly, your attempt to disassociate yourself from Kimmer is rather disingenuous, Tippy, especially with it coming so closely on the heels of Fawn's blog post here:

I doubt that the lawyer has given her permission to share this information. Perhaps she has a different lawyer, Teidt, as opposed the the Kimkins class action lawyer, Tiedt.

That's in keeping with Tippy's true character. She'd never do something out of altruistic motives. All her "I care for members" stuff is crap. It's all part of the online facade. So, now we know. Immunity from prosecution was her motivation, not the truth, not caring about people, not disgust at a scam. Covering her butt.
Yeah, that's Tippy all right.
